Please quote the order number and training date and time indicated in the email you received and aeroformatech.com will credit your account to the amount of that purchase at the earliest possible convenience.

There are no refunds for cancellation within 24 hours of training commencement.

When buying an online e-learning training program, you have 30 days to register and complete the program. After 30 days, you will no longer have access to the training program and you will have to buy and register again.

Merchandise Return

Aeroformatech.com accepts returns for items purchased on aeroformatech.com in the first 30 days following the purchase, under the condition that they were received defective or damaged. The total cost of the returned merchandise purchased online will be credited to the account debited at the time of purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at the time of purchase, to the following address:

Upon receipt of your parcel, we will credit your account and notify you by email.

Note:

If you received the merchandise in good condition, you must assume all delivery and return costs.

However, if you received the merchandise damaged or defective, or if the item received is not what you ordered, aeroformatech.com will refund both merchandise and shipping costs.

Important:

Aeroformatech.com cannot be held liable for damage sustained by the merchandise during return shipment. It is therefore in your interest to select a recognized shipping service that offers insurance.

Warranty

Aeroformatech.com provides a replacement or refund warranty on products and services purchased on aeroformatech.com within the first 30 days following the purchase. This warranty covers defective products and services only.

Other Matters

You may not assign this Agreement or your rights and obligations under this Agreement without the express prior written consent of aeroformatech.com, which may be withheld at aeroformatech.com’s sole discretion. Aeroformatech.com may assign this Agreement and its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent.

No waiver, explicit or implied, by either party of any breach of or any default under this Agreement will constitute a continuing waiver of such breach or default or be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to aeroformatech.com.
